Job summary

Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Patient Access Representative to handle patient registration, obtain insurance information, and schedule appointments, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of clerical experience and basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Ability to use a computer and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Experience in patient registration or insurance verification preferred.
