Job Summary

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator/Dispatcher (Area Coordinator) to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, dispatching field staff, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years customer service experience desired
Technical Requirements
  • Dispatch experience desired
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Sheets
Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule inspections and dispatch field technicians to project sites for service based on location, skill level of the technician's project requirements.
  • Receive inspection requests from clients and contractors via email and telephone.
  • Maintain records of dispatch and employee qualifications.
  • May handle coordination of services with outside vendors.
  • Communicate changes and updates to field staff and client throughout the day.
