Position Overview

The Territory Training & Sales Manager will primarily conduct customer installations in homes (90%) and generate referrals by building community relationships. The role offers a salary range of $75k-$80k, with a base of $45k, plus uncapped upside and benefits including auto allowance, company equipment, 401k match, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and train customers on ClearCaptions products and services.
  • Build relationships with senior communities, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Create and attend events to educate potential customers.
  • Maintain inventory and customer records using Salesforce.
  • Generate leads and referrals actively.
