Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate with all parties.
• Confirm caregiver availability, including vacations, sick time, and holidays.
• Document caregiver skills and attributes to ensure strong client matching.
• Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process.
• Establish rapport with caregivers and clients.
