Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating in West Seattle is seeking a skilled Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to act as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and operations. You will schedule service calls, monitor real-time updates, and coordinate resources to keep homes serviced promptly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience. Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

Join Bee's as a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' homes are serviced promptly. As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various departments within the business operations team.

Work Schedule:

We ask for open availability between Monday-Friday: 6:00 am – 8:30 pm, Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

Our office is conveniently located in West Seattle
