SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway is seeking an Experienced Scheduling Coordinator to ensure timely placement of caregivers with clients and maintain accurate records.

You will manage schedules, respond to inquiries, document caregiver skills, and collaborate with the team to support continuity of care in a compassionate, fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma and scheduling or administrative experience are preferred, with a strong focus on confidentiality and customer service.

Qualifications

• National Background check required.
• Home care or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate with all parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software.
• Respond to questions regarding client and caregiver schedules.
• Confirm and update caregiver availability, including vacation, sick time, and holidays.
• Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients.
• Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process.
• Update the office team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needs.
• Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.
• Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clients.
