Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to coordinate new installations and additions to customer accounts. You will monitor and adjust the daily schedule, collaborating with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software.
• Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments and recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between sales staff, customers, and field technicians.
• Answer scheduling queries via email and phone.
• Reschedule or cancel meetings promptly.
• Work under pressure with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, property management, and vendors as needed.
• Schedule emergencies and planned repairs with multiple teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
