Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make appointments for patients in office and by phone for doctors, testing, procedures.
• Coordinate tumor removal with plastic surgeon and schedule combined cases.
• Collaborate with Nurse Navigation, Geneticists, Oncology, Radiology and Surgery scheduling.
• Update medical records accordingly and ensure accurate documentation.

The Scheduling Coordinator may perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific functions may change from time to time.Make appointments for patients in office and on the phone to see the doctors, testing and to schedule procedures in the hospital and at other facilities.
