Job summary

Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Scheduling and Service Coordinator to join a high-performing team in Manchester, NH. This fast-paced role coordinates care between clients and professional Caregivers to create meaningful matches and reliable schedules.

You'll screen and place caregivers, maintain accurate records, and communicate with clients, families, and staff to ensure exceptional service while upholding company policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• High integrity.
• Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational and typing skills (60 WPM preferred).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable and able to act with urgency.
• Enjoys a sense of humor.
• Completes criminal background, MVR, drug screen, and reference checks.
• Passion for working with the aging population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and knowledgeably
• Match clients and Caregivers based on needs, skills, and location
• Maintain schedules, fostering quality matches and strong relationships
• Monitor, mediate, and log activities in our software system
• Ensure accurate client and Caregiver records
• Address client and Caregiver concerns as needed
• Communicate openly with colleagues, Caregivers, clients, and family members
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and business ethics
