Job summary

Calm Water and Bath is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in South Jersey to join our team as a part-time or full-time role. The position offers a base salary range of $40,000–$70,000 plus commission, with opportunities for growth and a supportive, mentor-led environment.

You'll coordinate design consultant visits to homeowners, manage calendars during standard business hours, and help clients book appointments.

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Personal car may be required.

(12C) Scheduling Coordinator

We're Calm Water and Bath, and we're hiring passionate part-time or full-time Scheduling Coordinator professionals to join our team in South Jersey!

HERE'S THE DEAL:

• $40,000–$70,000 base + commission

Schedule:

• 7 am – 4 pm M–F
• 8 am - 5 pm M–F
• 9 am – 5 pm M–F
• Evening, night, or weekend shifts as needed
• Overtime available
• Shifts vary but remain within business hours
