WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a full- or part-time Design Consultant, you'll complete meaningful work within an empowering, woman-focused environment, helping local homeowners achieve the interior spaces of their dreams! With an understanding, empathetic approach, you'll meet with potential clients to learn about their goals, understand their lifestyle, and help build an appealing vision for their space. You'll ask thoughtful questions to uncover what clients really need from their dream baths and deliver personalized remodeling solutions in line with their style and budget.

Attentive to detail, you'll record vital information, capture photos of the space, prepare contracts, and close sales to help drive remodeling revenue. You'll confidently answer the client's questions, adjust designs based on feedback, and build their confidence in you and our company so they can feel good about their investment. Most importantly, you'll contribute to an empowering, collaborative, positive environment where enthusiastic professionals come together to transform and revitalize customers' homes!

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING OUR DESIGN CONSULTANTS:

• Competitive Pay: Earning potential of $100,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on sales performance
• Full- or Part-Time Schedules: Appointments are at 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Saturday - Sunday
