Job summary

Sunbelt Home Solutions in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Confirmation Specialist to keep our daily schedule running smoothly by coordinating with homeowners and our sales team. You will verify appointment information, confirm dates, dispatch appointments to our sales representatives, scrub details for accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This is not a remote role, and success depends on strong communication and the ability to multitask across multiple screens.

Qualifications

• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM).
• Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms such as MarketSharp, LeadPerfection, Improveit360, Salesforce, or similar systems. We use LeadPerfection and will train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with people.
• Comfortability handling and overcoming objections.
• Ability to multitask across multiple screens and internet tabs.
• Willingness to learn about our industry and products.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• A friendly, professional, and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Confirm upcoming appointment dates with homeowners
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure homeowner satisfaction
• Dispatch confirmed appointments to our sales representatives
• Scrub and verify appointment details to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work closely with the Call Center Manager to maintain an efficient schedule
