Job summary

Bright Brothers of East Tampa is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to be the primary contact for homeowners, scheduling sales appointments, maintenance, and installations, and following up on various issues.

The role is non-exempt under the FLSA and reports to Service Management. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance. Compensation is $16.00 per hour with a Mon-Fri 8-5 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate multiline phone system and operate a computer.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling of appointments and project timelines.
• Verify and confirm next-day appointments for homeowner preparedness.
• Schedule annual maintenance and service opportunities to optimize workflow.
• Assist with preparation and submission of permitting applications.
