Responsabilités

• Provide concierge level customer service to patients and referring offices.
• Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments to maximize satisfaction and provider time.
• Prepare daily schedules for each provider and patient charts.
• Manage patient flow to minimize wait times.
• Assist patients as needed and maintain a neat front desk.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and support team.
