Responsibilities

• Act as primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment sites.
• Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with treatment and manufacturing sites.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop action plans for the patient journey.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
• Input and maintain transactional data in scheduling systems.
• Train sites on scheduling processes as assigned.
• Document feedback from customers and partners.
• Lead meetings with cross-functional teams and provide scheduling insights.
• Maintain master data in account management systems.
