Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on scheduling patient treatments for autologous cellular immunotherapy, coordinating with treatment and manufacturing sites, and acting as the primary contact for scheduling needs.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, data accuracy, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Hybrid work model with on-site presence preferred on Tue, Wed, Thu, and remote options for remaining days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of work experience in related fields.
• Experience in customer service, call center, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with strong ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scheduling contact for assigned treatment sites.
• Create and maintain patient schedules with sites and manufacturing teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop action plans for patient journey problems.
• Coordinate via phone and email with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure positive end-to-end customer experience.
• Input and maintain transactional data in scheduling systems.
• Train sites on scheduling processes as assigned.
• Document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
