Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Scheduling Manager to coordinate caregiver management and client scheduling. You will work with the Recruiting Manager and report to the Operating Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred with related experience.
• Associates/Bachelor degree preferred or demonstrated office management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hires and terminations.
• Scheduling client and caregiver calendars via AxisCare software.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with in-home assessments and client satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality client care from calls to home visits.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and state laws.
• Handle after-hours on-call scheduling as needed.
