Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Scheduling Manager (Exempt, full-time) to support the office and operations. You will work with the Recruiting Manager and report to the Operating Director, focusing on scheduling, administrative tasks, and on-call coverage.

This role requires managing caregivers and client schedules to maintain high-quality service. Expect limited travel with a valid driver’s license, and a compensation package starting at $40,000 with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree; may substitute degree with education/experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and HR within an office setting.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregivers, including hiring and terminating as needed.
• Schedule client and caregiver calendars via AxisCare.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain high-quality client service from intake calls to in-home visits.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and state requirements.
• Share after-hours on-call scheduling and address urgent changes.
