Locumsmart is seeking a Scheduling Analysis Manager to lead the Scheduling Analyst team within our Business Operations Department. You will oversee day-to-day scheduling workflows between vendor and facility contacts and drive process improvements to support operational success.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management of analysts, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and accountability across the scheduling function.

Qualificações

• College level education or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare staffing, VMS, or with a locum tenens vendor.
• Proven scheduling and operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing outsourcing/third-party partner relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the Scheduling Analyst team and directly manage scheduling analysts.
• Oversee workflow between vendor and facility contacts and improve scheduling processes.
• Create personalized metrics for each analyst and track KPIs.
• Act as escalation point for scheduling-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across departments.
• Maintain scheduling tools and ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with Business Intelligence on reporting and performance indicators.
• Develop budget projections, hiring plans, and team KPIs.
