Job summary

ICSI is seeking a Scheduling Analyst-Crude in Houston, TX. This W2 contract role requires on-site training 5 days a week, with one remote day after training.

You will review SAP nominations, ensure timely accruals, and help cleanup inventory transactions to reflect accurate plant movements. The analyst will work with Schedulers, Accounting, and the Trade Support group to monitor inventory builds, run SAP S/4 reports, resolve Discrepancy Error Workbench cases, and support month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in a similar role.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with SAP S/4 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify inventory transactions in SAP S/4.
• Run SAP S/4 reports to monitor inventory builds/draws.
• Collaborate with Schedulers, Accounting, and Trading to ensure proper reflection in records.
• Review DEW requests and assist in resolution.
• Provide backup review for DEW requests when needed.
• Prepare reconciliation reports for management review.
• Identify inventory process improvements and assist in month-end close.
