Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Analyst in Carlsbad, NM to support our supply chain operations. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, SAP data entry, and tight coordination with SCM buyers and operations.

You will manage physical counts, create purchase requisitions, and help book freight while upholding EH&S and regulatory standards. A high school diploma and valid drivers license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Management.
• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional working relationships.
• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
• Good organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis.
• SAP entry of all in and outbound movements for Carlsbad yard and warehouse.
• Purchase requisition creation for both purchases and subcontracting.
• Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory.
• Assisting with booking freight and other logistics.
• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
• Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc.
