Job summary

HCLTech in Houston seeks an experienced Process Manager for Invoice to Pay and related Supply Chain processes. You will own scheduling, coordinate transport across modes, and ensure inventory reliability while collaborating with traders, refiners, and planning teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in scheduling bulk liquids movements, strong English communication, and a bachelor's degree. 7x24 operations support and rotation may apply, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years relevant experience in scheduling bulk liquids movements, refining, pipeline, chemicals, logistics, or related operations.
• Working knowledge of fuels, crude, NGL, product logistics scheduling operations.
• Language - English.
• Certification in Supply Chain or related field is good.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day scheduling for assigned products, assets, corridors, or transportation modes with limited supervision.
• Develop, validate, communicate, and adjust movement schedules using forecasts, inventory targets, and contractual obligations.
• Manage transportation nominations across pipeline, marine, rail, and truck carriers, including confirmations and changes.
• Own inventory reliability by assessing gaps and coordinating with planning/operations.
• Coordinate issue resolution with traders, refiners, terminals, carriers, and internal teams.
• Apply commercial judgment to balance schedule feasibility, carrier constraints, and supply continuity.
• Support payments/collections by validating operational information and resolving mismatches.
• Identify continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide onboarding support for standard activities.
