Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Promontory, UT is seeking a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst at Level 2 or 3 to join our team.

You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), perform schedule analysis, and present to leadership while interfacing with multiple teams and contractors. This role requires strong scheduling software skills and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant scheduling experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives and ensure integrated schedules.
• Provide weekly status, reporting, and support IBR/JSR audits with leadership.
