Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Magna, UT seeks a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to perform detailed schedule analysis across multiple programs. The role interfaces with functional and supplier teams and reports to the Scheduling Manager.

You will prepare the IMS, apply scheduling best practices, and present to leadership. Union with EVMS experience and TS eligibility preferred; travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years planning experience or Master’s with 3+ years planning experience.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling software.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.
• Full understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.
• Implement scheduling best practices (DCMA 14-point, IPMDAR, DI-MGMT-81861).
• Conduct Schedule Health Metrics and Performance Analysis.
• Provide weekly status and reporting to leadership.
• Perform IBR and JSR audits and interface with multiple teams.
