Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks a Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst – Level 2 or 3, in Promontory, UT, to join our team. You will develop and coordinate the IMS, apply industry scheduling practices, and present insights to leadership across multiple programs and contracts.

The role requires experience with IMS scheduling software and knowledge of EVM, with opportunities to engage with diverse teams and support national security programs. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling ( Level 2 )
• Master’s degree with 1+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling ( Level 2 )
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling ( Level 3 )
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling ( Level 3 )

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Implement scheduling best practices (DCMA 14-point, IPMDAR, DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS)
• Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and monitor health metrics
• Provide weekly status and reporting to leadership
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR)
• Interface with cross-functional and supplier teams and the Program/Project Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
