What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 4 years of job scheduler or file management platform experience
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and telecommunications products
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with new client implementations
