A leading consulting firm is seeking a remote Operation Planning Analyst II to support the Navy's Emergency Management programs. The role includes developing training materials, coordinating policies, and assessing program metrics to enhance operational readiness. Ideal candidates possess significant experience in policy development and a relevant Master's degree, coupled with strong leadership and analytical skills.

CSA is looking for a remote Operation Planning Analyst II to provide training, policy, and Emergency Management (EM) Program Assessment Support to the Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC), currently located within Building 111 at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.
Primary responsibility includes providing support for the successful development, delivery, and tracking of training to the Navy emergency management community, including installation emergency managers, emergency operations center managers, incident management team members drawn from across the command, and installation commanding officers, executive officers and senior enlisted. The task also involves the development, coordination, and drafting of Emergency Management policies and procedures to include coordination with other Departments, Regions, and Installations. Primary responsibility involves facilitating policy review discussions, drafting, and creating official tasking for working and executive level review, and tracking / adjudicating comments provided during the review period. This task also provides support for the successful delivery and tracking of Emergency Management Program metrics.
