Overview
WANTED: A mission-driven professional with an a Bachelor's degree and an Active SECRET clearance to become our Code 226 Surface Ship Modernization Management Analyst II in Philadelphia, PA.
This position is a hybrid remote opportunity. Candidates must live in the commutable Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
Additional Management Analyst Functions:
- Perform administrative and analytical duties focused around personnel and manpower management as well as general administration
- Conduct analysis on personnel and manpower management
- Propose changes in organizational structure and processes
- Evaluate pertinent factual and statistical data by applying analytical techniques and methods
- Determine manpower requirements by tracking statistics for each department
- Initiate and review requests for manpower requirement changes, respond to issues and studies involved in analysis of manpower quality and quantity
- Assist with the development of personnel procedures and regulations
- Work with management to obtain input on current and projected scheduling of various operations and anticipate overall staffing needs
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
- Minimum Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations, research analysis or financial cost analysis
- Advance Microsoft Excell Skills
- Three (3) years experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
- Secret Clearance
Pay Transparency Statement

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
