Job summary

Kaiser in Aurora, CO seeks an Access and Systems Consultant to create and optimize clinician calendars and templates. You will collaborate with department leaders to ensure adequate appointments, comply with scheduling policies, and support payroll and FTE management within our systems.

You will build provider templates, manage data integrity, and respond to access issues, while acting as a consultant for rule builds and system configurations across ambulatory departments.

• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to communicate with internal customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and maintain schedules for department services and clinicians.
• Interpret and utilize statistical models to build clinician schedules that meet access needs.
• Track and report on clinician schedule changes that impact appointment supply.
• Ensure data integrity and proper recordings for payroll and scheduling workflows.
• Provide high-level technical support and configure scheduling rules.
