Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking an Access Innovation Advisor to lead projects across clinical leaders, clinic managers, providers, and technical teams. You will reimagine scheduling and improve patient access by aligning patient needs with provider capacity, using data and collaborative problem solving to design smarter workflows.

Details: hybrid role, must live in Nebraska or Iowa and work on campus. Experience with Epic Cadence is preferred. Resume required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in a technical or operational role, analyzing data to solve problems.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to reimagine ambulatory scheduling and patient access.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, clinic managers, providers, and technical teams.
• Improve scheduling workflows and digital tools such as MyChart.
• Drive improvements in access, scheduling accuracy, clinic efficiency, and patient volume.
