The Coordinator must understand the operational impact of every cancellation and act quickly to protect the client’s care and the company’s scheduled service hours. The successful, coordinator must be: Trustworthy and dependable, as they will handle confidential information and make decisions affecting vulnerable clients, and passionate about delivering excellent care and service, rather than treating the position as a basic administrative role A confident and influential communicator, capable of persuading and motivating Care.
