Overview

We are looking for a Scheduler to coordinate quality care and customer service for our clients. The Scheduler will assign staff to clients, schedule services, identify problem situations, and assist in problem solving to achieve optimal outcomes.

What you will do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Coordinate scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of records‑keeping and adherence to agreed plan of care.
• Provide support for key branch operation functions (answering phones, payroll entry, employee assistance).
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks as assigned to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
