Job summary

Majestic Care of Bedford is seeking a Scheduler (QMA / CNA) to manage master schedules and adjust staffing to meet census and budget needs. This role requires coordinating with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Human Resources to address shortages and leaves of absence, while ensuring coverage across shifts.

The position emphasizes attendance accuracy, PTO validation, and effective communication with Care Team Members regarding scheduling inquiries and changes.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Active QMA and/or CNA license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling staffing vacancies to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Advises and communicates scheduling needs to leadership and Human Resources.
• Utilizes computer software to prepare, change and update the master schedule.
• Works flexible schedule including weekend/holiday rotation and on-call duties.
