Responsibilities

• Uses automated scheduling to maintain service calendars for episodic and per visit needs.
• Processes workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined and delivered visits.
• Monitors referrals and assigns clinicians for start of care visits, coordinating with field staff.
