Scheduler - Full Time

Location: 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

The Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure the community provides the highest level of quality care for residents. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and persuasion skills.

Position Requirements

• STNA certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare staff scheduling preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with TOD and On-Shift systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staffing schedules for Health Services and Assisted Living
• Manage staffing for leave, vacation, and LOA using communication systems
• Maintain call-off logs and attendance tracking
• Use On Shift and related systems for scheduling and communication
• Update schedules and reports accordingly
• Manage timekeeping and payroll systems for relevant departments
