Radiology Associates of Albuquerque, PA seeks an organized Scheduling Coordinator to manage radiology exam bookings within the Med Informatics System. The role requires collecting patient data, coordinating with departments, and ensuring accurate appointment data in MI, EPIC, and PenRad.
Applicants should have 1–2 years of medical office scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to HIPAA standards. Extended hours and Saturdays may be required.
Schedules all radiology imaging exams in the Med Informatics System.

Work may require sitting for long periods of time; also stooping, bending, and stretching for files and supplies. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, and other office equipment as necessary. Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contact and use. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens and work in an environment which can be very stressful.
Work is performed in an outpatient radiology office setting. Work may be stressful at times due to the high volume of incoming calls, irate/difficult phone calls and handling multiple tasks all at once.
Position may include extended hours and Saturdays.
