Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Homecare Scheduler in Denton, TX to coordinate care, schedule staff and manage client appointments onsite. This is a full-time, on-site role Monday through Friday with no remote work.

The ideal candidate has healthcare scheduling experience and familiarity with homecare operations, EVV, and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include coordinating RN/LPN/CNA/HHA schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a fast-paced branch.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with scheduling in a medical/ homecare setting.
• Experience scheduling RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HHA with home-based clients preferred.
• Experience with caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
• Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience required
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients. Strongly preferred
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
