Job summary

AccentCare in Denton, TX is seeking a full-time Homecare Scheduler to coordinate patient visits, staffing, and on-site operations. This role requires hands-on scheduling experience in home health care and coordinating RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA assignments for home-based clients.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and understands EVV, payroll, and onboarding processes. This onsite position offers comprehensive benefits and a schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience scheduling in medical field; homecare scheduling preferred.
• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits and staff assignments onsite.
• Manage scheduling for RN/LPN/CNA/HHA and home-based clients.
• Ensure EVV, payroll and onboarding processes are supported.

Be the Best Scheduler-Clinical You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
  Previous Home Care, or Healthcare Operations Experience required
  Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients. Strongly preferred
  Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding.
  Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
