Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to organize and coordinate field staff deployments on-site. The role requires in-depth scheduling experience in home health care and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, compliance with regulations, and timely communication with caregivers and clients. A Monday–Friday onsite schedule is expected with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Home Health Care Scheduling experience (staffing field CNA, RN, LPN, Therapist)
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, payroll and onboarding
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Home Care Scheduling experience required (Staffing Field CNA, RN,LPN Therapist)
