As a BHI Senior Living Community, our team is united in mission. We lead with compassion and provide opportunities for our employees to grow and thrive professionally.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

At Clark Retirement, we know a fulfilling career is about more than a paycheck.

We offer:

  • Health benefits for full- and part-time team members (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short-Term Disability)

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping ensure appropriate staffing and supporting the teams who care for our residents
In This Role You Will:
  • Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage across all shifts while making the best use of available staff resources
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee scheduling questions, requests, and adjustments
  • Work closely with nursing leadership, department heads, supervisors, and team members to address scheduling concerns and resolve conflicts
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in resident census, staffing levels, and departmental needs
  • Post schedules in advance and ensure scheduling practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with departmental requirements
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overtime hours, communicating concerns to leadership as appropriate
  • Ensure accurate documentation of worked hours, overtime, shift differentials, bonus pay, paid time off, bereavement, jury duty, and department or unit transfers on employee schedules and timecards
