Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate flooring installation appointments and warranty inspections.
• Schedule and coordinate customer delivery appointments.
• Reschedule appointments as needed and communicate updates promptly.
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Work closely with customers, sales associates, delivery teams, and installers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the scheduling process.
