Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Create and revise employee schedules for Martin Suites in Cedar Falls.
  • Take call-ins for attendance issues and arrange coverage as needed.
  • Maintain on-call status during non-business hours.
  • Assist with paperwork and related duties as assigned.

Western Home Communities is seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed Scheduler to join our team at the Martin Suites in Cedar Falls, IA. Your day-to-day will include (but not limited to) creating and revising employee schedules, communicating schedule changes efficiently, and completing paperwork.
