Job summary

Western Home Communities is looking for a Nurse Training Coordinator to onboard and train new nursing staff in Cedar Falls, Iowa. You'll play a pivotal role in developing confident and capable nursing teams that directly affect the quality of care provided to residents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience required.

This position is responsible for welcoming, training, and developing new and transitioning nursing staff to ensure they feel confident, supported, and fully prepared to provide exceptional resident care.You’ll be the bridge between education and practice—bringing clinical expertise, strong communication, and a passion for teaching into every orientation, training session, and hands-on coaching moment.
