Job summary

Western Home Communities is seeking friendly Event Servers for daytime and weekend availability in Cedar Falls, IA. You’ll support event setup and service, interact positively with guests, residents, and families, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a role for someone who enjoys meaningful interaction and teamwork in a supportive environment. No prior experience required beyond strong customer service; you must be 16+ and able to work flexible daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to serving others.
• Ability to be patient and interact tactfully with residents, guests, family members, and coworkers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Flexibility to work daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.

Event Server (Daytime & Weekend Availability) Location: Cedar Falls, IA – Jorgensen Plaza for Well-Being Western Home Communities is seeking friendly Event Servers who truly love what they do and love where they work. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide positive guest interactions and support event setup and service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable customer service experience while working alongside a supportive and fun team. You’ll truly make a difference in the lives of the people around you. We are especially looking for candidates available during daytime and weekend hours.
