Anamosa Dental Associates is seeking a Scheduling & Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team in Anamosa, IA. You will present treatment plans to patients, coordinate appointment scheduling, and help patients understand proposed procedures from initial consult through completion of care.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to verify insurance benefits while conveying estimated costs.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment planning is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.
