Anamosa Dental Associates is seeking a friendly Scheduling & Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. You will present and review treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth patient experience from consultation to completion of care.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance benefits, communicating treatment costs, and collaborating with dentists and the clinical team to prioritize scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment planning is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present and review treatment plans with patients in a clear and supportive manner.
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments and follow-ups.
• Help patients understand recommended procedures and answer questions.
• Verify insurance benefits and provide estimated treatment costs.
• Work closely with doctors and clinical team to prioritize treatment scheduling.
• Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
