Pay Range:

$18.00 - $25.20

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS is seeking a Schedistrar to support our Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants location. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven individuals looking for an opportunity to support high quality care for our patients and families upon appointment check in through collection of co-pay and deductibles at point of service.

Position Specifics

• Department: Cardiology
• Core Function: Revenue Cycle
• Schedule: Full-time, Days, Monday-Friday, Rotating 2- weeks of 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, 2 weeks of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, 1 week of 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Facility: Springfield - Prairie Cardiovascular
• Clinic Location: Springfield, IL

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 1-year experience in customer service and general clerical/office procedures is required.1-year healthcare experience is preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
