Compensation & Benefits Package Base

Base guarantee Time off CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year Opportunities to earn productivity and patient outcome/patient satisfaction bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance both available.

Salary Range

Salary range: $615,000.00 - $630,000.00

Qualified

• Clinical doctorate is required.


• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.


• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.


• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.


• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.


• Must be board certified or board eligible.
