Job summary

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registrar in our Call Center in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on handling a high volume of patient calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate patient data in the EHR while supporting clinics and providers for coordinated patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to multitask across systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance in a full-time shift.

Pay Range:$17.00 - $23.80 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registrar in our Call Center. The ideal candidate Registrar is responsible for managing a high volume of patient calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate patient information within the electronic health record (EHR). This role supports clinics and providers by coordinating patient care needs while delivering positive, professional patient experience. The Registrar must be comfortable multitasking across multiple systems, following HIPAA guidelines, and adapting to changing workflows. We will be moving in September from Legacy Pointe to MSC Springfield located on 2901 Old Jacksonville Rd. Springfield, IL
