Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Scaled Enablement Lead to develop and run the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program. You will qualify intermediaries, provide activation kits, and build a scalable enablement system across cohorts for mission-driven organizations.

You will shape content, credentials, and governance with Beneficial Deployments and Education teams, ensuring high-quality training even when Anthropic staff are not present.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management.
• Train-the-trainer at scale with certified facilitator networks or equivalent.
• End-to-end learning design including curriculum, guides, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end: its tracks, the qualification path for each, the credential, and recertification.
• Build enrollment kits with activation playbooks, kickoff, admin setup, launch, and Day 30/60/90 reviews, plus workshop modules with decks and guides.
• Recruit and qualify pilot intermediaries, then scale via a repeatable application routing to the right track.
• Design enablement for networks, adapting to how intermediaries reach and support members.
• Create a facilitator cohort that learns together and a clear path for onboarding new intermediaries.
• Support Claude Corps enablement: extend fellows reach and feed learnings back to the program.
• Maintain teach-back gates, mock sessions, shadowing, and satisfaction/activation benchmarks.
• Run content intake, refresh calendar, LMS courses, and agreement/attribution models for intermediaries.
• Own program metrics: approved trainers, activations, workshops, and resource costs to guide next steps.
• Be the field voice inside Anthropic, feeding insights into enablement content, product feedback, and engagement models.
